Every JO package begins its journey at our manufacturing headquarters in Santa Clarita, California, where passion meets precision. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays). 

We don’t rush pleasure, but we do ship fast.

We currently deliver JO pleasure across the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands—yet.

Most JO orders arrive within 7–10 business days. 

Once your order is on its way, delivery timing depends on your chosen method: 

• Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days (USPS or FedEx) 
• Free Shipping: 7–10 business days (USPS or FedEx) 
• Expedited Shipping: Typically 2–3 business days after it leaves our facility 

We can’t guarantee an exact delivery date with expedited shipping, but we can promise it’s faster than standard and absolutely worth the upgrade if you’re feeling excited to upgrade your pleasure sooner.

Yes. Your package arrives in discreet, unmarked packaging. Only the CC Wellness sender address hints at the pleasure waiting inside.

When your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking email so you can watch it make its way to you. No email after 3 business days? Peek into your spam or junk folder. Sometimes our messages get a little shy.

Take a deep breath. This happens more often than you’d think. Packages may be left in: 

• A parcel locker 
• A building mail area 
• With a neighbor 
• Or occasionally at the wrong doorstep

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or compromised in any way, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right. 

To cancel an order, you must submit the request within 3 hours of checkout. After that window, we’ll do our best to accommodate you; however, once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
